propecia area question

I have a question. I keep hearing that Propecia only works on the top and mid of the scalp. However, I also saw an interview with a doctor who said that these can work on the front too. Can propecia also work to maintain and regrow at the front and temples. I am a diffuser who is starting to have visible thinning in the front. Its now really a receding hairline but it is definitely diffuisng in the front in a U shape. What would me best course of action be? I am currently on propecia and nizoral at the 1 month mark.

Propecia works in the front too. The mechanism of balding is the same in the front. Studies have just been done mainly on the crown, therefore they cannot claim that it works in the front. But it does (even if it supposedly is a bit harder to get regrowth there). Browse through some of the succes stories.

If you dont have any sides with propecia just stick with it. Chances are you will at least maintain what you have now.
