Propecia "fat face" permanent?

I was comparing pictures of my face before and after starting Propecia, and the before pictures are definitely thinner. I haven't changed my diet or exercise habits, so I'm starting to suspect the propecia. I did some research and this seems to be an issue with some people. I've decided to quit and I want to know if this facial change is permanent? Also, will my hormones regulate to normal now that I'm off?

How long have you been on it and what else are you having in your regimen?

I was on it for about a year and a half, since the summer of 2007. It's not a drastic change, nobody has even mentioned it and my face has always been kind of round even though I'm skinny, but I feel like there's still been a little bit of a change. I tried Rogaine briefly and quit, but for most of the year and a half it was just Propecia.

I discontinued finasteride after 3,5 months because of this. Two weeks later I've noticed weight loss and improvement in my face and fingers. I was also experiencing skin dryness and my skin went back to normal in just a week.
