Propecia/Finpecia and othe medicines

I started taking Finpecia nearly a week ago. Just my luck I became really ill, crappy British weather

I wanted to know if it is OK to take things like paracetamol and cough medicines while your also taking Finpecia/propecia etc

I think that it's OK. When there is medication combinations problems they are usually written on the label. It's best thought to ask a doctor as they should know what is OK and not OK to take with finasteride.
