For diffuse thinners, does Propecia work better, or worse, or same?

yeh its just as good. worked very well for me, now im contemplating whether to get back on it coz the sides im having .

A diffuse thinner is someone who is losing hair all over the top of his head.

Theoretically Propecia should even work better for DT since receders have such a hard time regrowing the hairline.

I don't know if propecia works better or worse for diffuse thinners. I've heard arguments for either side. Being a diffuse thinner myself, I can tell you about my experience. I have been using propecia for two years. When I started I thought I was losing my hair fast (which is probably an exageration). Propecia has slowed the balding process considerably. The front has continued to thin (very slowly), but my crown has thickened a little bit. All in all, the drug has helped.

I am a diffuse thinner as well and I can tell you propecia has def helped me a lot. I am still receding and thinning a bit at the hairline but I am now using rogaine foam to help with that...You can see my pics in my photobucket too see some real results....

Looking good, kaner. Particularly the difference from October to November is impressive for such a short time. Good Luck for your hair!
