Propecia infertility

I was on propecia on and off since 2001. I never had any side effects over the years no impotence Sexual drive or look of a semen problem. I'm now 31 stoped propecia this year as I got married last year and am thinking about getting my wife pregnant soon. I've read some claims that propecia is making men have such low sperm counts they can't concieve. Has anyone ever had this problem or even had children while being on the pill? Thanks

I've heard about several men on this board, who have concieved when using finasteride, but there have also been men claiming infertility. One thing is sure though, use of propecia affects testicles and prostate in many cases. You will probably do just fine, as you say there has been no visible change to your semen.

you should be fine it usually goes away when you discontinue the drug.
