Just a quick question, I guess i'm gettin a psychological scare here, how long will it take to notice any side effects from propecia? ive been on it for about 6 days, and I dont feel any different. I dunno, I guess I'm worried because I havent woken up with any morning glorys lately, but then again I havent noticed if I was waking up with them before startin meds anyway. Also ive been "takin care of business" everyday since I started so maybe thats why.

I think 6 days is totally too short to notice anything... If you get anything within a week I'd say its all psychosomatic. My best guess would be a month?

But if you're not feeling any different, then that's a good sign. I wouldn't sweat the sides until they come up.

lol @ six days.

Propecia generally takes several months for any results to appear. In some it may take a couple or several years.

But here is the reason I bumped this (search ftw).

I came to ask this. Does you libido dictate whether or not Propecia is working for you? i.e. if your libido stays the same it isn't doing anything, if it increases propecia is doing more harm, if it decreases it's reversing your hair loss? I'm just wondering because, reflex hypo is said to come into effect when your libido gets higher while on propecia. Similarly if your libido stays the same it should suggest Propecia is not doing anything right? Just my current thoughts. Although I don't feel a change in my libido I'm not stopping treatment. Taking it is more of a self-esteem thing than anything at the moment.
