Propecia Side Effects Question

I started on Propecia in 2006 and it has been great, but now that i'm in my later 20's I really don't want any sexual side effects to pop up. Considering its been over 6 years are the chances slim I will get any side effects because I haven't had any yet or can they pop up randomly no matter how long you have been on it? I'm trying to weigh getting off it and accepting going bald without sexual SE or continuing and hoping for the best moving forward. Thanks guys any input would be awesome.

I suppose there's always the possibility that sides could occur at any time, but if you haven't experienced any after 6 years that's a pretty good sign I would have thought?

bear in mind that as you age your libido naturally lowers too

Would be strange to experience after that length of time bro. I am on 6 years and my concern now is pregnancy.
