Propecia side effects = success?

Hello everyone,

I started taking Propecia and noticed some sexual side effects. Does this mean that DHT is being successfully inhibited and that I have a good chance of seeing results?

Or does my logic not hold?

DHT is inhibited in everyone who takes finasteride. The side effects have nothing to do with whether you are successful or not and is a function of how your body deals with changes in your hormone levels. The success or otherwise of finasteride is entirely dependant on how sensitive your hair is to androgens and whether the reduced DHT is enough to stop\slow the hair loss.
