Propecia vs minoxidil

Just want to know the basic difference between propecia and minoxidil treatment.minoxidil just provides you new regrowth and moment you leave it you reach where you had been if you were not using anything.but what about propecia,does leaving propecia also mean the same or you start losing ur hair back again but not like what minoxidil does?

That line means when they stopped right? For a sec I thought all groups reverted to baseline after 96 weeks or something.
