hey everyone, im new to posting here. ive had diffused thinning for a few years now and after reading up on the internet, i think its time for me to get on proscar.

im gonna make an appt with the dermatologist now, but i was wondering are they generally cool with prescribing proscar or do they wanna force propecia onto you?

also, what is the cheapest/most reliable place to order it from online? your help is appreciated. cheers.

I'm wanting to know about this as well. My insurance will not cover Propecia, but I'm sure they'll cover Proscar (generic). I will only have to pay $5 co-pay every 5 months if I'm not mistaken.

Could I just go to my doctor and tell him "Hey, I've heard that Proscar helps out with male pattern baldness, could you write me a prescription for it"?

yes, that was the site i saw before! Do you order online pondle? id like to, except its tough know which places sell legitimate proscar. its strange that unitedpharmacies.com sells it for quite less than inhouse and it comes with 2 more pills. any knowledge on if its the real deal?

Yeah I've ordered Proscar from a doctor in the UK, Avodart from Merlonipharma, and Dutas and Retin-A from Inhouse. Merlonipharma is totally legit and good on prices, but really awkward to order from. I don't know much about United, the fact that they ship out of Hong Kong puts some folks off.

Doh! Looks like we can't use insurance to cover the generic version of Proscar, according to that site...

Since Proscar is being prescribed for cosmetic hair loss it will NOT be covered by insurance. Medical Wellness Center can not call any health insurance provider for prior authorization for insurance coverage for Proscar. In order to do it must be prescribed for Prostate problems
