It shouldn't cause permanent damage in 99.99% of people. As you mentioned, your doctor prescribed Proscar, so I assume you are indeed balding.

Ya i think so as well but a few people have said they did not think i need it so i just wanted to know. with all the shedding since i started i need it now either way i am now in my 3rd major shed i mean more then 100 a day so i am hopping this means i am responding to it and i can look forward to some regrowth especial in the front where i have taken a hell of a beating in the last few months.
