For or five bits pieces does not matter. A majority of people cut it into 4

Does not make much difference. Just try to cut as even as possible..

Talked with my doctor.
He said that some variance in dosage from day to day wasn't a problem, as long as one kept the to the total dosage of 5mg over the course of 5 days.

However, he also told me that all sideeffects would abate when you stopped taking the drug -no matter how long the period of usage, which doesn't concur with some of the posts here.
I guess this just goes to show, that there will always be a small number of people which gets unusual, adverse effects.
