Provillus w/ Menoxidil?

I've been taking Provillus for on and off for a year or so, I don't think it's done anything. I see now they are offering a topical solution w/ menoxidil. Does any one know any thing about this? I've also seen some of these sites poping up that look like they are posted by some guy who has tried a bunch of products and have come to the conclusion that Provillus and Nizoral is the best combo. I've seen two of these sites one is baldingtony.com and the other is very similar. It seems like it could just be advertising for Provillus since they just started offering the minoxidil solution.

some of the information are inconsistent, First this Tony guy look like he is Bald, at stage 5 or 6

Then he said using Rogain make his hair greasy, and his girlfriend don't like putting her hand through his hair (He is Bald),
