Pseudo Gyno

I've had puffy nipples since I was a kid. Probably developed right after the onset of puberty. Never went away.

I don't have actual gyno, because I don't have any hard lumps. It's just the nipple area that is affected. When my nipples go hard, my chest looks completely normal.

Any way to fix this, outside of surgery? I was reading up on aldactrim and nolvadex. Would these work?

Are you sure there aren't any lumps? Psuedogyno doesn't usually just affect the nipple like that, it will usually build up in the entire breast. Also, how's your weight? Any chance this could be affecting it? Some guys just carry more weight in their chest.

That's possible. I'm about 190 pounds. Thing is, even when I slimmed down to a lean 165, I still had the puffy nipples. I don't know if there are certain exercises I can do to cut down on chest fat.

No lumps, though. Like I said, when my nipples are hard, my chest looks normal.
