Pubic shedding.

Okay recently my pubic hair has amazingly thinned out , it is also very sore and itchy... has anyone else experienced this?

Nah , its not. I think it just might be from my male pattern baldness because it is very aggresive. I'm 19 and my eyebrows are shedding too..

Seriously though , it effects my whole body... pubes , eyebrows , scalp.. only to an extent though(except for the scalp)
Is this just because of the aggressive male pattern baldness?

me too, although not sure about the eye brows, occasionally it would seem as though they are shedding and then it seems otherwise.
