I'm 19 and I used to have a thick head of hair earlier as a child but it's thinned a lot by now. Since I've grown it long, the lack of density is pretty obvious. Although I could grow a decent beard by the age of 18 and my hairline's had some recession as well, my prime concern is the amount of hairs I lose on the daily. There's no time I run my hands through my locs (gently) and cannot find at least a hair or two in between my fingers. I have thought of a topical approach after having tried minoxidil and experiencing unexpected hair growth in other areas.
Thought of a list as such:
Green tea consumption
Peppermint oil application by dermarolling
Saw palmetto capsules
Fish oil capsules
Nizoral shampoo
Does it seem reasonable?
