What do you guys think of putting some sort of ads in hair salons of your town?
I'm trying to think of how I would feel if I were losing my hair, and I go to get a hair cut, not knowing about this site. I walk in, and I notice the ad, and check it out after the cut. Would I be embarrassed by the ad while I am there? Would the ad bring unwanted attention to a balding head? Would I appreciate the ad once I get home, and check out the site? Which feeling would dominate, embarrassment, anger, or appreciation?
I just wonder if we take out the taboo of hair loss, would that help in getting support for the search for a cure? Or would it backfire, become "no big deal", and nobody would care about the cause?
