Pyrilutamide/ TDM/ other new treatments, who can share their experience/thoughts

Hello, i am using pyrilutamide for a week as a monotherapy. hair keep falling. Should i give it more time or should i try TDM/ other promising treatment? Would be glad to hear your experiences with the new hair drugs

To all of you who think that one week ain’t enough, you can mark my words about this, just my bet: Pyrilutamide is not the cure .even if it does something it’s too weak to maintain your hair. Especially at that ridiculous price, it’s a joke. But hey, what do i know, right?
Sorry to sound mad here, I’m just blaming myself to hold high expectations about this pyrilutamide. If someone know someone who are using TDM, it will help a lot. Thanks
