Q-Gain Minoxidil It Is An Official Website?

Hello guys!
I want to change kirkland minoxidil liquid to any minoxidil foam, because i think im allergic to the liquid. (red acne spots etc.)
I find a q-gain minoxidil foam, its not too expensive. My question is: This is the official q-gain website? https://q-gain.com/ ?
Or just a scam site? Someone buy from here?

Because q-gain more cheaper than rogaine or kirkland. Q-Gain contains the same as kirkland minoxidil foam.

I thought qgain stopped manufacturing? the foam they make is excellent. It is what i used when i used topical, much better than other brands. I couldn't find anywhere online that sold it, so assumed they went under or something. Interesting that a site selling it has popped up.
