QUESTION ABOUT DIM AND IT'S DOSAGES.DOES ESTROGEN REGENERATE

my main point for taking DIM is to decrease high estrogen that is caused by finasteride and to prevent gyno so would it be ok to just take 200mg after finasteride. that's the recommended dosage for women. why not for men? I ask because the DIM i take recommend 200mg 2x a day but if 200mg lowers female estrogen wouldn't it do the same for men?another question does estrogen regenerates slow?

I heard the dosage for breast cancer with DIM is like a between 1000mg and 1300 a day and need to be mix with something else to be well absorbed. Eat a lot of Broccoli, Cauliflowers and flax seed....to help balance your system Testosterone/Estrogen.I think 400 mg a day won't kill you..You are in the safe zone..

You want to take it 2-3X a day 100mg each dose is a good range, it can be different depending on the situation and desired effect.
