hey everyone.
So right now I’m doing a manual therapy consisting of applying pressure with a bamboo bristle brush to my scalp and doing circular motions for around 10 min x 3 day. Similar to DT therapy.
I also occasionally apply 1% hydrocortisone for its anti inflammatory properties.
My question: would you guys consider a manual therapy like this to be considered wounding? Or just breaking up calcification. Reason being, cortisone shown to delay or alter healing. So I don’t want to be messing up my follicles.
Any feedback appreciated!!
