question about my shedding

well im 17 i know its young but yea i just started treatment at ashley and martin about a week ago and my hair has started to shed.. ok heres my question when it sheds should the white root come out with it because mines does? with everyhair that falls out they have white roots is this normal?

Those white bulb things are not roots. If thats what your talking about...

I know ive read it somewhere on this forum before. Someone asked the same question as you. I cant seem to find it in search. Somone else who remembers it will probably reply

They're bulbs, not roots. If the roots were coming out your scalp would be bleeding.
