Question about Rogaine

Is it alright to mix Rogaine Extra Strength and Regular Strenth to make a medium strength formula. I noticed my scalp became very flaky and dry while I used the extra strength (I do use Nizoral).

That should be fine...try using a conditioner after using Nizoral.
