question about rogaine

i know while you use rogaine its ment to slow or stop hairloss but ive been reading lateley on the net that if you stop using rogaine your hairloss will be worse then it was before you started ,that your hairloss doesnt actually stop while using rogaine it just keeps the hair activated and alive, but what you would have lost anyway will be lost soon as you stop using rogaine so rogaine doesnt stop hairloss at all it just makes your hair look thick but soon as you stop your baldness will be worse unlike propecia which stops hairloss and if you stop your hairloss will just be the same before you started..is this true everyone has there own opinion so im not sure

The hairs you apply rogain to are dependent on rogain, so once you stop using it they will fall. Minoxidil doesnt stop the balding process but 'adds more hair'.... Popecia stops the hair loss. Hope that helps
