Question About using the sunless tanner.

I am pretty fair skinned and I just recently shaved my head... so I would like to apply a sunless tanner as opposed to tanning at a tanning salon which we all know is not good for the skin. My question is if I apply the neutrogena moisture rich sunless tanning on a shaved or buzzed head will that affect hair growth or counteract any topicals I apply?

I have a similar question that relates to this. Could I apply sunless tanner to short hair? Would it die the hair at all? Im thinking it could work as a dermmatch type deal, but more natural looking and lasting longer.
