Ive put too much RU in a 60mL minoxidil bottle.
At first it dissolves, but the next day, theres a smaller amount sitting at the bottom of the bottle which wont dissolve.
Does anyone know if this renders the solution useless?

ALSO Side question: My scalp is getting a shitload of little bumps.. sort of like goosebumps.. what does this mean.
