can you suffer gyno from finasteride if your not overweight? like can you run off (exercise) gyno caused by finasteride?

Gyno as far as I am aware is not just fatty tissue (this is psuedogynecomastia), gyno is actually also glandular and it hardens beneath the nipple. It seems surgery is the only way to remove it, unless it disappears by itself.
