Hi Guys,

Trying to figure out this itching and flaking situation that I have going on top of my head. My head itches throughout the day and it looks like I have a dry scalp. I have some flaking going on as well.

Here is my regime for the last 3 months:

I have been using Nizoral 1% 2 X a week, American Crew Shampoo 5 X a week, and American Crew Conditioner every day, Proscar 1/5th a tablet a day.

Is there anything else that I can use to stop the flaking and itching?

are you using the revitalize shampoo or the every day shampoo?

i actually do not condition every day, actually maybe 2x a week, maybe that will help, i have very sensitive skin and most things bother the hell out of it

maybe 2% nizoral? it works for me, your scalp should be in good health seeing what you use.head and shoulders is quite good as well.
