hey im using roaine liquid 5% and prior to rogaine id shed quite abit and i use to pinch and pull hairs and i was able to pull 2-3 after every pull. After rogaine I only shed very small hairs (like 4-5 in the shower as oppose to 20-30 thick hairs like before) and i cant pull any hairs either. Personally i think this is a good sign as alot of ppl complain about excessive shedding from period to period with rogaine. Ive been using it for 2 months also so maybe you and me have to wait a little longer until we hit a shed period (and remember the shedding is normal)

I was also wondering do you notice alot of small hairs growing on your head? cuz when i run my fingers through my scalp i feel spikey hairs growing. They reason why im asking you is becuse of all the posts ive read im getting the same experiences with minoxidil as you are... I shaved my head before i started applying rogaine and i think these small hairs are hairs that are growing after they were cut because half a month later it seems as if these hairs are the same length...

My advice is to stay clear of Nizoral if you don't suffer from inflammation or dandruff. I didn't have much scalp pain last year when I decided to try Nizoral 2%... it's been hell since then.

in the first week of rogaine my scalp peeled like crazy about a week later it stopped without any shampooing aides... but i still get little peices of i guess its dandruff but its not noticeable... ive read from this site that nizoral will combat this and that regardless its really good for your hair and scalp so i just started using it. your only suppose to use it twice a week for a month then use it once a week and everytime u use it ur suppose to use very little... anyways in a month ill let you know how effective it is
