Questions about Financing

I read that around the posts in this board about HM that there would be financing. Can someone fill me up on how to do financing? Sorry to sound like a noob on money and all. I just can't wait for this to come out. I should have a good job and will be saving up money for this.

get a loan.
i'm pretty sure capital one has a "cosmetic loan"
or hell just take out a second mortgage on the house.
If/when it comes out, i'll be liquidating serious assets..
