Questions on Oral spironolactone and L-Lysine

Is spironolactone in tablet form as effective as topical spironolactone? If so, does it carry any side effects.

I'm still rather wary about going on finasteride as lately I'm in a position were I'm getting regular action and I dont want any sexual side effects. I was told if I took L-Lysine while I'm taking finasteride it would aid blood circulation, thus meaning less chance of finasteride messing around with my dick. Does this hold any truth or is it complete bullshit?

I believe oral spironolactone will turn you into a chick in so many words. spironolactone does not discriminate with Testosterone, it fucks with it all. Topically it doesn't seem to have side effects with most people (at least here) but orally, you'd be pretty crazy but the envy of all your friends with your great new rack....just don't tell them your wiener don't work.
