Questions: Who would you choose for a small touch up?

I had a procedure with Dr Cole in 2006. A little less than 1500 FUE. It has held up well but I knew and he told me that another small procedure would take me to the next level. I am currently a Norwood 2 and would like my right temple point augmented and the hairline filled in with some integration in the existing transplanted hair to make it thicker.

Any suggestions on who you would recommend?

Any thoughts/comments/experiences with Dr Bisangia of Belgium?
Dr Cole?
Dr Rahal?
Armani/sara amrani
