hello, great board by the way, very informative. I just had a quick question. I went to the Doctor yesterday and requested a prescription for propecia. I have a receeding hairline and ive noticed the last 3 or 4 months some hair coming out when i comb or take a shower. I did have a bad accident and was on 4 different anti-biotics, im not sure if theres any correlation there but whatever. Anyways, i wanted a cheaper alternative to propecia so he gave me finasteride,which is 5 milligrams. The bottle says quarter each pill. Is that what is recommended? Could i cut these pills with a razor blade? My brother is on propecia as well, for about 4 years. He was just thinning, we have different hair types though. But it did help him with no side effects,which im worried about.
