Quickest results on Propecia/Finpecia

What's the soonest anyones seen good results from taking Propecia/Finpecia?

I have been on Finpecia for 4 months now, and it seems that my hair loss seemed to stop greatly (knock on wood!!!) at about the 4 week mark.

That's great to hear, thank you. its reassuring to hear some results early on.

As it starts blocking DHT virtually from the onset I had hoped that it could work this early. Hopefully some re-growth for you soon and no sides.

Heck, I would take some sides if it meant I would have some re-growth.

Its been over 2 years now using proscar (1/5). I can say now that i am satisfied with my hair. Just went to the barber last week, and my hair is juste perfect. During those 2 years, i had some shed period that you have to ride. At the end it will pay though. Use minoxidil too.

Thanks Grabber, good to hear you got where you wanted. Been a week on finasteride and all o.k. for me and just started Spetral DNC yesterday.

Hoping to slow things down quickly but know it could take months to get better. Most of the loss is over the last 6 months...if I could regain half that I would be very happy.

I think my loss was pretty stable when I started finasteride and had noticeable improvement in the texture and thickness of my hair, including the "wreath", within 2 months of starting the drug and have been improving very quickly with never a sign of a shed. I'm now at the beginning of month 9 and things are looking wonderful.
