Quitting minoxidil - 1 month update

hi, I am thinking about discontinuing minoxidil and going with propecia only because I believe it does not really help and may even make the temples worse because of irritation. Should I quit it cold turkey or quit it gradually? Also did you get a shed on the temples when you quit it?

I have 3 questions for you kyriakin...
1. How long were you on minoxidil before you quit it?
2. What was the reason behind quitting minoxidil?
3. Which brand of minoxidil did you use..ie...Rogaine or the generic one?

Just to let you know that you well lose all the hair you grew and if you want to go back on treatment you will have to start completely over again and your results won't be as good as the first time around.
I made this mistake and now I'm starting over. I'm at month 3 after growing back 90% of my hair after 9 months of just rogaine and quitting for about a month and a half. I totaly regret it though I have learned a lot of thing about the nature of hair and it has assisted me through to my current regimen.
The worst part is that I could put it on without any one noticing after about 8 months and now I can't.

You're saying you regrew hair in 1 month after quitting minoxidil????
