quitting rogaine while shedding. Is it a no no?

Hey. Is it a no no to quit rogaine early while it is shedding like crazy? The reason I quit was because the liquid form was so ichy and irritating to my skin. I lost quite a bit of hair after I did this so i'm pretty sure this is what caused it. I use dermatch now so I dont really want to mess with rogaine anymore, what I want to do is just hold on to my remaining hair. But I guess my question is could rogaine of cause dthis massive loss? Thanks

just some advice to people out there. If you start rogaine dont stop or at the very least dont stop it in the initial stages when you shed like crazy. I leared a pretty painful lesson

Why not use the foam? It's much softer on the skin and works better than liquid.
