qustion on how to take proscar

after years of hairloss i finally decided to do something about it and start on 1/4 of a pill of proscar a day. my question is should i just start with 1/4 or the whole pill when introducing proscar to my system.

Cut it up. i don't think anything more than about 1.5 mg is going to improve the effectiveness anyway. just buy a cheap pill cutter from your drug store and chop the pills into quarters.

lol. people on here are shocked at someone taking 5 mg of proscar a day but it still inhibits only 90% of type II Dht while half a milligram of Avodart a day inhibits 98.5%.

that's fair enough. i guess if u can tolerate the sides, there probably wouldn't be much of a problem with 5mg of finasteride. at least you'd still have type I enzyme in practically normal levels. i probably wouldn't be able to take that much since finasteride kills my libido!
