Hi All,

I have been in this forum since I suffered severe hairloss back on Oct 2005. I have not done anything since then. One day I have looked in the mirror and knew that I will go bald. I'm suffering from diffuse thing particularly on the temples and front of my head.

I started with revivogen on Jan 2006 and had massive shedding from day 1. I use it once dialy. then a couple of days after I have added minoxidil ( 2 times a day). On top of that, I have ordered 2 months supply of Propecia. I dunno if its necessary to add Propecia to my regimen.

Currently I'm not shedding anymore. I have already submitted a six months supply of Propecia. I wanna see the effect and will make up my mind at the end of this year. I will keep you updated.

Good luck mates !

I would have posted some pic but I have cut my hair short. I will stick with propecia but the problem is that I'm using 2 Anti-DTH. If one isnt working How would i identify it? huh !

Ras Gas may I suggest you try using Nizoral shampoo? Its very cheap and easy to use. It makes up part of the "Big Three" treatments, together with Propecia and Minoxidil which you already use.
Just a thought.

Jesus Christ, you don't read very well. It's already in his regimen tab. Quit robotically spouting off your suggestions and READ.

Sounds like revivogen is a very bad treatment, if it makes your hair fall out! You don't need it. Good treatments don't make the situation worse.
Look at my regimen, I am growing back hair after 20 years at Norwood 7.
Good luck.

Shedding is part of treatment. Revivogen makes my hair to fall out quicker that propecia. Do you mean that propecia does not make your hair fall out? after shedding, all hair or most of the them would comeback healthier and thicker

Hi.
Neither Propecia or Proscar caused any noticible shedding for me.
The normal hair growth and rest etc. cycle is subtle. Anything which causes a shock reaction may be too radical for your own good.
I have alot of new little hairs each month, and some long ones which started growing a year ago, and several months ago etc. I didn't shed those at all. Some in between may have shed, but I started from zero, so at the beginning there wasn't much to shed anyway. At most, I now notice a few hairs each day or so. The new growth is stronger than I could have hoped for.

That reassures many of us, who dread the day we might become NW7. Thanks, Boru.

I have quitted Propecia due to sides:

1- Pimples.
2- Depression and Anxiety.
3- Low sex drives.

I have reduced my minoxidil application to once a day. I had Puffy face.

My new regimen is :
Reviv once a day, minoxidil Once a day and Nizarol x2 a week. So far so good. My hair look much thicker than 3 months a go. Cant see any scalp tho my hair is short (1").

Will keep you updated.
