21 y/o, been diffuse thinning since I was 18. Currently at around a NW1-1.5, but the significantly thinner hair is the biggest problem. I'm trying to (a) maintain what I currently have, and (b) restore some of the thickness if I can.

MY REGIMEN:
5% Minoxidil 2x a day, although sometimes I forget/neglect
Nizoral 3-5x a week, I shower 4-5x a week.
I haven't got on finasteride yet, but plan to start this summer.
0.5 demaroller which I apply nightly before using minoxidil.
Great Clips leave in conditioner for after the shower
I was taking biotin pills, but didn't really see a difference, so now I just kinda take them sporadically now.
Other info: Lift 4-5x per week, drink alcohol 3-4x per week

QUESTIONS:
-How can I improve this regimen? What should I add? What should I change?
-Showering: How many times a week is ideal? I have severe Seborrheic dermatitis and dandruff so I don't want to overwash my scalp, but I underwash the oil buildup becomes too much and clogs follicles. Also, what shampoo should I use when not using nizoral? I've heard good things about apple cider vinegar and Eqyss, wanna hear what people have to say about that.
-Is biotin going to help thicken my hair or not really?
-Dermarolling: What's the ideal length? Right now I would say it's pretty ineffective for me but idk. I also wanna check out wounding because it seems to be helpful from other users on the forum? Is a dermaroller the best device or is dermaneedling/dermastamping a better method?
-Lifestyle changes: Do you think my diet/drinking habits impact my hair, or is it not significant?
-Are there any other supplements or products that you find to be super helpful?
-Anything I should remove?

I would use the Minoxidil once a day and add in something like Rosemary oil or Tea tree oil (maybe a mix). Don't derma roll daily, derma roll once a week, 1.5mm pretty hard (there should be some blood dots on the scalp, not bleeding but wounding). After that just wash with water and an iodine rinse. That is what the Minoxidil study did which is what I would follow.

In terms of lifestyle-for some people severe stress and medications can cause hair loss but lifestyle does not do much in terms of hair regrowth for male pattern baldness which is a progressive lifestyle independent condition (for the most part)...vitamins and other things may help but unfortunately nothing has been really studied as a sure thing.
