I've started taking Finasteride more than two months ago and I have no sides whatsoever. However I just read this study today and I'm considering quitting. Please, convince me I should stay on Finasteride, show me studies that say this one study is wrong. The only positive thing I can think of to ease my mind is that even thought Finasteride probably causes fibrosis in everyone taking it, in most people it wouldn't not enough to cause significant ED, as not everyone complains and most don't appear to suffer from ED. However, I think penile fibrosis is not reversible. (please, tell me I'm wrong).

Study conclusion hypothesis:
"Finasteride lowers DHT leading to corporal smooth muscle apoptosis and fibrosis similar to animal models, impairing tissue expandability leading to clinically reported venoocclusive dysfunction and ED."
