Dude, that is just awesome. I think you look great with the 'bald' look, and your confidence seems to show even in your pictures. Seriously, the real cure to hair loss is what you have achieved. Even if a real cure comes out for hair loss, everyone here is just going to move onto the next thing that they can't fix, and its going to cause them just as much grief as the hair.

It's hard to acheive that state of being happy with who you are; god knows i've struggled with it for much of my life. But seriously, going out there every day with 100% confidence in how you look can not be faked, and when you have that mindset, everybody picks up on it.. Especially the ladies.

In all seriousness, if you regrew your hair tomorrow, you would be extatic. For a couple months, maybe a year. Before long, I can guarantee you (and almost all the rest of us, myself included) would be on to something else spend our time worrying about. It isn't baldness that makes people unhappy; it is our perception and response to baldness that makes us unhappy. That goes for anything in life. True acceptance is our panacea, not some new hairloss treatment that is always just out of reach.

Couldn't agree more with you and the same goes for so much in life. Even when I had a full head of hair I was always worrying about some other work or personal issue anyway. Undoubtedly we would all look better with hair but if I could accept this condition like the original poster my life would be so so much easier. You can even see it in the guy's face. He looks like he's in a good place. I'd love to hear from more guys like this who have just accepted it and got on with their life instead of the likes of me hiding and being depressed all of the time about something that I can't really change and spending too much time on hair loss forums hoping for any breaking news.

Nope, not trying to sell anything. In fact, I'm trying to tell people they don't need to spend money to deal with hair loss.

Know why I got banned? Because hairlosstalk.com makes money selling hair loss treatments. This forum is a huge cash cow for them. I just wanted to offer an alternative opinion. Didn't think they would ban me.

He's on there because if you read that post it's about what I think is the worst part of going bald. He is going bald and he is at the point where it's obvious to everyone that his hair is receding. That's the point where I think it becomes really difficult, at least it was for me anyway, because you can't hide from it or cover it up anymore.
