Realistic Expectations?

Hi everyone, long time lurker of this forum. I started thinning and losing my hair at my left front temple around 2007-2008, but I have been taking Propecia since 2009. After that my hair loss stopped. Since it stabilized, I've been looking to restore some of my hairline with a FUE procedure.

I've attached some pictures of my present hairline. One photo outlined in purple is what I am hoping to restore along with some density added to my left front temple. The rest of my hair is thick. (I expect to take hairs from the back of my head through FUE.)

I sent my photos to one specialist, but I don't expect a response for weeks since he is very busy.

Realistic or should I be concerned about shock loss with the hair I have presently? If it's realistic, how many grafts would you guess I need to fulfill this goal?

Thanks. BTW, I am 31 years old.

You shoud be concerned with shock loss, especially Combining Finasteride with Scalp surgery! It is very unnatural and You should expect Shock loss.
