Yes, and this is exactly what propecia attempts to replicate which is why it works so well. Its just a shame it changes 5 ar 3 and maybe neurosteroids which was not part of the original intention for what this drug was supposed to do. Minus this it would be even safer.

I dont think type 1 is that important in male pattern baldness merck did experiments and they had bad results using a type 1 inhibitor. Its mostly type 2, and I dont know enough about type 3 but maybe its involved? I dont know

i think the reason it doesnr't worj that well for people with hairloss , is that the hairloss ' trigger is already pulled when they start propecia .
Because we can see here that a lack of DHT = juvenile hairline .
and teststerone level have nothing to do with hair loss ! their test level are like steroid users for some
