I'm nearly 29 and have been thinning for approx 18 months, pretty much all over but around the crown in the majority. It will be hereditary and genetic. I've taken Regaine for the past 6 months or so and I would say it has slowed things down a fair bit, but naturally doesn't solve the root cause (pardon the pun). I tried Propecia but suffered side effects, and so that is off the agenda, and isn't the point of this post. I use Nizoral twice a week and Alpecin shampoo otherwise.
However, I don't use any conditioner, and wondered if this could be part of a regimin that could help me?
The shampoo's makes my scalp feel nice and clean, and erode any trouble of dandruff, but I feel that it can 'dry' my hair about a bit, which can consequently mean I have lost a little bit more too?
As such, is there any decent conditioners that any posters could recommend? Any help is appreciated!
