Red sores that burn on scalp..any help?

I have these red pimple sores on my scalp that burn basically when i touch and my hair in the areas where there at feels real sentive like it hurts basically feels like i been pulling on it all day. Anybody know anything i can do to remedy this problem and please dont say nizoral i hate that stuff..and it itches ive had an itchy scalp off and on for awhile but this is a first i have 3 of these pimples on my scalp i had one on the left side the other wekk it went away though it hurts though

What topical products and brands do you use? Rogaine? Minoxidil?

i used to have similar ones like that on my temple region and i used tons of lotion...i would cake it on when i went to bed and in a week or so they went away. I also used tgel...the one that doesnt have the salyic acid or whatever it is.

Try products that increase skin health such as copper peptide and zinc oxide lotion or both . This may do the job .

Im not using any topicals
Can male pattern baldness cause this?..is it seb derm?
