Any thoughts on this conditioner?

Is it good for thinning guys like me, to thicken up the hair?

About a year late answering this, but bumped into the question on Google, followed it here, and thought I'd weigh in on this conditioner.

I use it currently coupled with prescription 2% ketoconazole shampoo. Anecdotal reports of this conditioner are generally good ( http://www.consumersearch.com/shop?pid=56516709&id=ODA1MjY4MQ ). The conditioner actually claims to be able to strengthen the hair shaft itself internally with a proprietary combination blend they call "...a unique 3D repair complex of proteins, ceramides, and lipids." I'm certainly no molecular biologist, but 'topically' ceramides get glowing reviews for their ability to protect the hair shaft and keep moisture and vitamins inside of it: http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/2745257/ceramides_remedy_for_dry_damaged_hair.html?cat=69.

I've been using Propecia for over a year, and have maintained (I'm better now than when I stared the whole regimen over a year ago *had some hairline and crown regrowth - good for someone my age). I notice that when I treat my hair 3 times a week with both 2% ketoconazole shampoo and Redken Extreme Conditioner I get visibly thicker hair. I still lose a hair every 3-6 months to the 20% DHT I can't control, but a good example of the keto + Redken working with Propecia, I combed my hand through the top of my scalp the other day and got a hair in my hand that looked like a tree branch. It was ridiculously thick and not going anywhere soon. If I watch my fat intake, and take Beta Sitosterol supplements more routinely, those results are sure to increase, and I'll keep my hair longer.

I'd recommend this but not by itself. You need a DHT blocker, and you'll see even better results with a 2% ketoconazole shampoo.

Hey I used the Redken Extreme Conditioner for a little while but I didnt really find it worked for me but maybe its like DHT hater said, you need to use it with other products as well. Still I gave it a go and buying products online cheap at places like Fresh Fragrances and Cosmetics at least gives me the opportunity to sample a whole heap of products without breaking the bank!
