Regaine Foam Not Working After 2 Months - Hair Still Miniaturised

I started Regaine Foam 9 weeks ago (x2 daily) having avoided it for 9 years whilst on Propecia 1mg/day (still take) and in the last year also Nizoral Shampoo and the Hairmax Lazercomb.

I'm 36, healthy but have aggressive male pattern baldness genes which Propecia did wonders to stop until the last year when my scalp noticeably started thinning again.

My question is that so far Regaine Foam seems to have had no noticeable impact. I've had no initial shed, apply roughly half a cap (sometimes slightly more sometimes slightly less as so hard to press the canister trigger just right!) Into my palm and then rub firmly into my scalp, applying most of it in the central balding area. I got initial headaches which made me think it at least was being absorbed.

Two months on I can't still very easily pull hair out of my vertex scalp area and it is totally 'miniaturised' still, which surprised me as I always thought if hair was still on the scalp then with Regaine/Minoxidyl this was likely to thicken.

Anybody else experienced this? Is there still hope that it could reverse the miniaturisation in a few months?

Crucially I've started getting 'scalp burn' back again which always accompanies loss. The only thing in the past which stopped this was Propecia but now that seems doomed almost, albeit I know it is still working hence I continue to take.

I'm considering applying the liquid version at night and the foam in the morning to see if that could help.. Alternatively I need to find some sort of anti androgen for my scalp. The only other option is a transplant as I feel I've covered most the effective options now.
