Regaine Minoxidil foam side effects 5weeks in?

Hi started taking regaine minoxidil foam 5% twice daily about 5-6 weeks ago, didn’t have any issues although as I’m almost finishing my first bottle I’ve been having side effects and not sure if it is related or not. Over the last 2-3 days I’ve been getting dizzy, tingling and lightness in my arms and like internal shakes or tremors and a fluttering sensation in my chest and vision issues-not blurred but it’s just stranger somehow and all these come and go throughout the day lasting a few hours then going for a few hours then coming back. I’ve not changed anything still using less than half a cap full of solution per application hence why my month bottle has lasted 5-6 weeks. Now prior to starting treatment I have had on and off dizziness for the past year and a half which i think is related to my ears as it normally comes on around noise or if I’m talking, i did see dr when I first had this over a year ago but ecg and blood pressure were fine and they said ears looked fine but prescribed me some ear drops that I could of got over the counter anyway but they made no difference and I ’ve not been able to go back recently due to the current covid situation. As I had no side effects in the first few weeks but have now could this be that I’m just getting a higher concentration of the solution due to it being at the bottom of the bottle? I do shake it and nothing else has changed. Not on any other medication. I don’t know how the medicine works in terms of getting into your system-does each dose leave the system the following day or have I now got 5 weeks worth of minoxidil in my system and that’s why I’m getting issues now? If I stop taking it to see if side effects are to do with minoxidil will it remain in my system for days, weeks or hours? Just so I know if these feelings stay after stopping treatment if they are still being cause by what’s in my system or if it’s unrelated. Anyone gone through something similar or can shed some light on the above?
