Okay, here's what i'm using:

rogaine 5% (twice a day)
tricomin (once daily)
revivogen (once daily)
nizoral (once or twice a week)

i thought i was loosing more hair more rapidly, but i think i'm realizing that i'm shedding. i hate it. now what is all this i read on the board about switching to Folligen instead of Tric... adding spironolactone... using 15% minoxidil or xandrox.... blue emu aloe?

should i just stick with what i'm doing, or is there a better combo that i should be doing.

argh. i'm so confused. advice? please?

Go finasteride, Xandrox 5/15, spironolactone 5, nizoral 2%, and Blue Emu. So easy to pop a pill and do the nizoral and Emu in the shower. Do topical Xandrox 2x daily and the spironolactone at least 1x. You will probably regrow hair in front of your hairline in 3 months like me. I only thought I was doomed.

By the way, I would cut out the Revivogen, like i did, and leave it for later if you don't have success w/ the above. Don't completely cut out the Tricomin, if you can squeeze it in daily do it, if not try to apply 3-4 single applications a week. You will be a happy man in September, trust me.

In my very humble opinion, finasteride shouldn't be used due to its effect on the endocrine system. There are plenty of topical items just as, or perhaps more effective, than finasteride.

Try this regimen:

Nizoral 2% shampoo eod, leave it on scalp for 10 minutes.

Minoxidil 5% 1ml applied 2x/day

Azelaic acid 5% applied 2x/day

Spironolactone 5% cream applied 2x/day

This is a very potent hair stack, and you should at least keep what you have, if not regrow a bit of hair.

Here's some sites to grab these items:

This is really easy:

Antiandrogen: Topical 2% spironolactone and/or Finasteride

Growth Stimulator: minoxidil 5% and/or Copper peptide

Inflammation: Both Nizoral shampoo and Copper Peptide

Anti-fibrotic: Copper Peptide (very important, since male pattern baldness is essentially caused by fibrosis, and Cu-peptides eliminate fibrosis)
