in the last two months I’ve read dozens of “my hair is randomly shedding” posts by worried members. So I wanted to post about my hair.
From Christmas until about two weeks ago I had lost significant ground. My crown was becoming visible, and my vertex was so bad I had to style my hair differently to hide how much I’d lost. I’m 33 and single. So imagine how distraught I was.
I was considering stopping treatment, looking into a transplant, general freaking out.
I added saw palmetto back into my regiment, and I strongly encourage everyone to use it. It’s cheap, and I believe effective. But what I wanted to say was stick with your treatment. New hair is sprouting all over my head. It grew in so fast that I could go back to my old styling, and I feel like I have a new lease on life. Things can get better, but only if you treat it diligently. To anyone in panic mode, we’ve all been there keep your head up and keep looking ahead.
